Boycott

This installation was created by the Boycott collective (Stefano Giuri, Irene Lupi, Matteo Coluccia) on two separate occasions: at Palazzo Medici Riccardi and at San Salvi. Creating different results, an audio installation was provided in both cases, with sound downloaded from netlabels, thus borrowing a partybag from the world of rave parties, creating an entirely autonomous sound space that was determined by passersby. Through an exchange of backpacks, the momentary possessor directly decides what music to play by mp3 or cellphone.
